Students have the ability to reset their own password but in order to take advantage of this, students must have already logged into the system and configured their security questions.
Setting Up Your Security Questions
Go to the Rapid Identity Tool, enter your user name and password, and then click on Go. On the next screen, you must answer the Pre-Defined security question. It is highly recommended that you create a second security question by clicking on Your Choice and then entering a question and it’s answer. Save your changes and now you can recover your own account if you forget your password.
Resetting Your School Password
Providing you have previously set up your security questions, go to the Password Tool and click on the Need Help? link on the upper right of the log in box. Click on Forgot my Password, answer your security questions and you will be able to reset your own password.
